How to import contacts from a CSV file in Outlook 2003

In outlook 2003, go to File >> Import and Export... Select 'Import from another program or file' Select Comma Separated Values (windows) You may be prompted to install a feature. if so you just need to put in the office installation CD. Select the CSV file with the contacts. Choose do not import duplicate items to help prevent possible duplicates. Click Next Select the contacts folder and click next and then click Finish.
