When a client is having trouble sending mail, a PTR record can be added to the domain. The following PTR record should help: v=spf1 mx a:mail.twinharbor.com a:mytwinharbor.com mx:mail.twinharbor.com ip4:66.216.112.50 include:mytwinharbor.com ~all
